Over two months ago I replaced my aft head Jabsco shower sump pump with a Whale Gulper 320 and have not had any problems since. The 320 has one big valve and does not get clogged with debris and soap scum as easily. I had to clean the filter for the Jabsco every week and disassemble and clean the pump valves every month or so. With the 320 I removed the filter element and the hair and soap go right through. I see the new Jabsco sump pumps resemble the Whale Gulper. The only complaint is that it sounds like someone churning butter but I can live with that.
