This yard ASBOAT is offering various Ducks at great prices. I like the shot of the Seahorse built 44 "SeaDuckTress" on their home page.

While I'm not letting them advertise on Seahorse owned DTN, I think buyer's on a serious budget should check out their site.

There are a lot of boat yards in Turkey and some of the high end custom "Italian" yachts are actually built in Turkey.

But buyer beware is right. There are a lot of low end yards too.
