My sister owns a metal fab company and is going to make me a pair of 304SS anchor flopper stoppers. You could have 316 but 304 will be fine given the nature of use, and musch cheaper.
These are the hinged sheet type rather than the sombrero type.

I do not have paravanes, so I will hang them off short telescopic poles mounted in the paravane position when in use. If you have paravane poles so much the better.

Sized to stow in one stern locker on the 462. this should give sufficent surface area, when using one on each side.

I will ship over around October, and if anyone is interested let me know as it will be cheaper if she makes several sets and shipped together.
