I have lived the life of a cruising sailor, from Vancouver Island and Alaska crossing the Pacific to Australia, eventually settling in New Zealand. Now after several years ashore, with only a few small boats for entertainment, the lure of a big Diesel Duck, a secure wheelhouse, plenty of stores aboard, and a strong engine pushing us along, back to the tropics for the winter!
