Two Ducks will be in September Boat Shows

Martin Bordelon's 4621 "Mandarin" will be in the Seattle Boat Show Sept. 13th to the 17th. Martin's boat is seriously for sale as we are building a smaller boat for him.

John and Jerie's 4623 "Peking" will be in the Solomons, MD TrawlerFest Sept. 28th to the 30th. John, Jerie, Dean Phelps (3822) and Randal Johnson (4625) and myself will be there.

I've signed up for the Solomon's TrawlerFest in order to see the Milici's "Peking".

Are there any plans for will-be Duck owners to meet you and the DD owners there, similar to what you arranged at last years Seattle boat show?

John and I have been living on the Peking since June and we both agree that it is not only comfortable but a pleasure to use and live aboard. We have spent most of the summer learning how the boat operates. We have traveled mostly in Long Island sound and everywhere we go we get an enormous amount of positive attention. It is quite the boat.
John will be leaving for Soloman's on the 23 of September. I will be catching up with him on the following Friday and returning with him to Connecticut. We look forward to meeting and sharing with the others who love the "ducks".
