I am revising Beebe's Voyaging Under Power, 4th edition. I need some Duck photos as follows:
1. Duck with paravanes deployed underway.
2. Duck under sail.
3. Ducks in scenic world locations.

Photos of Ducks

The first one is ICE it's Don McIntyre ship , lots of photos you could use . It's a modified 462-DD from basic model to a Motorsailer configuration . I am sure Don would be please to let you publish the photos .

The second one is a 462 Sedan in Alaska the photo is from a posting PNW Inside Passage Cruise: 5/23 - 9/20/2010 in one of the forum

The 462 DD with sails is a 462 DD that was for sale and the photo , is from the presentation

I think all three photos have potential for the book. The red hull is spectacular--I would not have thought it would look so good. The photo in Alaska is great as well.

I am still looking for a photo with paravanes deployed to start the chapter about rolling.

Before you start using photos make sure to get release from owner of pics

I went to Don's site for ICE. He has some great photos. I sent him an email about their use.

I like the picture of Alpenglow in Alaska, but so far have not found out how to contact them. Their blog doesn't give a contact.

Lots of photos on the Belle site, if I can figure out how to download them.

Each photo must have the owner's permission.
