We planned to cruise the Meditterean for two years and then bring our new Duck home to the east coast on her own bottom. Because of circumstances beyond our control our dream has changed and our new duck is for sale. We (Gary & Vicki) purchased "Pepi" in September, 2011. She has been renamed "Zeta" (Italian for "Little Girl"). At this time we have her in Stuart, Fl. on the dry. After the holidays we are going to return to Fl. and have her bottom's barrier coat and anti-fouling paint redone.
It is our plan to keep her on the east coast thru next year, and hopefully bring her around through the Panama Canal to Seattle in 2013.
"Zeta" is the fourth vessel we have owned (35ft Robert Perry Choey Lee Sloop, 52ft Benson design wood double ender, and 37ft C&L).
We feel very lucky to have found one of George's designs with the amenities that make it both comfortable and practical.

Pepi sold, don't know to whom, or where she's going

Pepi finally sold in October I think it was. The buyer lives near Seattle and is leisurely cruising PEPI home, via the Panama Canal I think, rather than the horn.
When he gets to the PNW we will have a pretty good selection of Diesel Ducks living here!
