Great pictures. This is the first pictures of a 462 using sails. We have used them on crossings but nobody was around to take any.

Thanks

Peking is running under sail assist. Although we are pretty- we are not a sailboat. We keep experimenting with the sails. They do -under the right conditions give us a little push and help with fuel consumption. They do make the ride more stable. John and I are not sure if we will also need the flopper stoppers or paravanes for ocean crossings. I know that there are a lot of pros and cons about their use. In the Spring we are going to put the sails to the test and just see how they react in the ocean. We are on Long Island Sound so we plan to go around Long Island. We will then decide if we also need the paravanes and all that that entails.
